Beth + Pat | North Shore Pittsburgh Engagement

"I'm an ER doctor and he's a punk rock drummer..." was my first introduction to Beth and Pat. Beth joked about how they were an unlikely pair, but it didn't take very long to see that they couldn't be more perfect for each other. In between Pat's European band tours, restaurant managing, and Beth's crazy hectic schedule, I don't know how they're planning a wedding. But they are, and it's an incredible one. 

Beth & Pat are getting married this August at the Pennsylvanian, getting ready at the Hotel Monaco, and celebrating every slice of Pittsburgh they could in their engagement portraits. We took advantage of a 70-degree winter day to explore the city, with both of them looking sharp. Beth adores the beautiful clash of urban and sophisticated, and she absolutely nailed it in these images. I love these two. I love that they are two kind and beautiful people celebrating a -perhaps at first unlikely - but completely perfect love story. I can't wait to document the day you both say "I do!"
